As One Camp aims to provide an exciting and memorable experience of HKU’s hall culture to Form 6 students from various background and schools. We would like to provide an interactive environment for participants to relax after finishing the DSE examination, more importantly, to make new friends so as to enlarge their social circle. By playing and doing tasks, they can prepare themselves for university school life and start to think more about their own future, which are beneficial to their personal growth.

 

On top of the above, participants will be able to explore the meaning of ‘Hall education’ and ‘Starr Hall’s culture’ by themselves in the camp. Hall education has been an important component in HKU culture. Starr Hall has hall education of its own characteristics and an unique hall culture.​We hope that they can have a deeper understanding towards HKU’s hall education, thus, to share it with people outside HKU after joining this camp.
